Mexican Sugar is looking for a smart, stylish, and experienced bartender to transport our guests with a Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin experience. Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests' needs and know that small batch, fresh-crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.

Our bartenders:

  • Channel the sultry Mexican comfort of our restaurants
  • Possess unparalleled tequila, wine, and beer knowledge.
  • Craft cocktails from only the freshest ingredients
  • Remain two steps ahead of guest needs.
  • Inspire their teammates to ask them for help.
  • Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
  • Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
  • Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
