Summary
Summary: We’re looking for a highly motivated and qualified educator to join our team of passionate nature based educators! With our newly renovated building and expansion coming up, we’re eager to find dedicated professionals to join us. We love getting dirty outside, and we love our big open classrooms, but most of all we love our students and families. We’re hoping to add teachers with either their Bachelors degree or License with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education!
Mission: With our progressive and holistic early childhood education philosophy, we understand that each child has unique needs and interests. We provide the environment and tools your child needs to thrive to the best of their abilities.
When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave a Next Generation campus, they’re fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives.
We respect and recognize that there are individual differences among children. Teachers will focus on the strengths of each child while facilitating the successful development of the whole child. All children will be cared for at the fullest capacity of the caregivers. Children will be allowed to grow and explore at their own pace with the guidance of professional and compassionate caregivers.
Community: We have created a home away from home. Families walk into our building and feel like they’ve arrived at grandma’s house. Our teachers make their classrooms their own homes, and treat the children with passion and care. Our teachers become an extended family of the Next Generation.

Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Northern Lights Level II Career Ladder completed
- 12 related college credits in at least 2 Core Knowledge Areas OR Northern Lights-approved Level II portfolio
- Two approved observations
- 2 or more years of professional Early Childcare Education experience
