Duty Schedule:
Monday -Sunday Flexible - conduct research
Summary/Objective of Position:
Students will conduct applied research that includes laboratory experiences in agriculture and forest systems.

Students will conduct research in the field, the lab, and analytical processes. Students may be asked to present their research and projects at conferences or at Dine College. Students will become familiar with laboratory protocols, research and data collection protocols, and analyzed processes and data. Research include forest ecosystems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Minimum:
Undergraduate program in STEM
Preferred:
Undergraduate programs in STEM with emphasis in Agriculture, Natural Resource and Environmental Science.
Knowledge:
Science background and willingness to learn in a laboratory with strict protocol system.
Skills:
Willing to understand scientific concepts, self motivated, dependable, work in group setting, meet with mentor weekly and have great communication skills.
Abilities:
Work in the lab long hours, work in the outdoors sampling and collecting data.
Physical Requirements, Work Environment & Travel:
Must be willing to work long strenuous hours, must be willing to travel and work weekends.
