Position Summary:
To verify, receive, and process items returned to Depot Repair.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
*To verify, receive, and process items returned to Depot Repair.
*Verification of items received against authorized returns in Oracle Depot Repair.
*Issuing of work orders to the various service centers (Firearm, Air Guns, Silencers, Optics, and Ammo)
*Transferring firearms to Used Guns Department as needed.
*Coordinating with Customer Service and other internal SIG SAUER groups on various receipt issues relating to customer shipments.
*Perform duties as outlined by the 5S program.
*Maintain department quality and performance standards.
*Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.
*Sends, receives and interprets information clearly, accurately, thoroughly, and effectively encompassing interpersonal, cross functional and peer group settings.
*Ability to work cooperatively with associates and customers, integrating personal skills with those of others in accomplishing the organizational goals stated in our direction statement and objectives; keeps personal interests subordinated to overall objective.
*Basic computer literacy; ability to learn and utilize required computer databases, email, internet resources.

Education and/or Experience:
*Previous Oracle experience a plus
*Proficient in MS Office applications (ie. Outlook, Excel, Word)
*Knowledge of material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies. Knowledge of forklifts and reach trucks a plus. Interest in getting certified for forklift operation highly desired.
*Must have good communications skills (Simple math, Write legibly)
*Must be able to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced environment
*Must be able to follow established procedures, and work under the direction of the supervisor
*Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
*Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed

Working Conditions:
*Able to lift up to 50 pounds
*Employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
