What does the Parts and Service Support and Warehouse Representative do at Integral dx?

The Integral dx Parts and Service Support and Warehouse Representative has primary responsibility for working with tele-customers who are purchasing IDX materials. The Integral dx Parts & Service Specialist will need to be able to identify IDX products by researching existing customer machines using a database of machines and parts. They will need to set up customer profile, place orders, pack and ship product. Be aware of inventory and order parts when needed. Coordinates efforts with accounting department when establishing account/credit terms.

As a Parts and Service Support and Warehouse Representative, some of your responsibilities and essential job functions will be to:

• Take Customer orders
• Set up customer profiles
• Research and locate parts using customer history
• Pull correct part from inventory
• Pack orders
• Ship customer orders
• Inventory parts
• Place orders for new parts

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS:

• Spelling and use of the English language
• Computer Skills
• The rules and uses of numbers, keeping business records, computers, electronics
• Customer and personal service
• Communication and problem solving
• Lifting Capability

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3+ years of experience

OR Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be acceptable.
