This position requires a strategic & detail-oriented individual who can manage billing, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation and more.
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm,
Qualifications
Utilize excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
Manage calendars, including establishing priorities, that may require coordination with multiple individuals.
Basic Accounting Skills
Organizational and time management skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Problem Solving
Detail Oriented
Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables etc,
Account reconciliations and Ledgers.
Telephone support, taking calls and scheduling appointments.
Corresponding between customers and company managers
Counter Sales and Cash Management.
General Banking Activities
Vendor Relations
Performs other duties to assist President.
