Warehouse Administrator
Apply today as a Warehouse Administrator responsible for relaying information, scheduling arrangements, and processing transactions in Boardman, OR!
Job Duties:
- Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements and ensure that freight is properly routed.
- Trace shipments and obtain proof of delivery.
- Relay shipping information to customers and co-workers.
- Complete and track paperwork for inbound and outbound truck and rail loads with extreme accuracy.
- Process transactions in the warehouse.
- Maintain rail car movement and logs with extreme accuracy.
- Prepare standard reports.
- Run next day orders and display them.
Pay: $19-20/HR
Shift: 2nd: 3pm-11:30pm: Tuesday – Saturday
Shift: 3rd: 6pm-4:30am: Friday – Monday
