CNC Setup Operator
Pay Rate: $23+ hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Location: Germantown, WI
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
As a CNC Set-Up and operator, you will set up, program, adjust, and operate a computer-operated Operated Plasma/Oxygen-fuel cutting machine to cut single or multiple pieces from sheet and plate stock, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, adjust, and operate a CNC Plasma/Oxy Fuel Cutting Machine.
- Be able to select tips and adjust torches based on the material.
- Ability to machine a wide variety of materials with close tolerances per blueprints.
- Help with inventory control.
Requirements:
- 2 plus years of CNC set-up and operating experience.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, micrometers, and a ruler to product parts.
- Have experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts.
- In process and final inspection.
- A positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance are required.
