Grill/Sautee Cook at The Palmetto Club

The Palmetto Club in Columbia, SC is looking for one grill/sautee cook to join our 31 person strong team. We are located on 1231 Sumter Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Tuesday through Saturday. 2-10pm. Must have knowledge of various protein temperature recognition and the ability to quickly produce the products directed by the chef. During down time must be able to become busy with cleaning projects and the upkeep of the kitchen. Prep before production is the key point to success in our kitchen. Must be reliable and willing to work well within a team as well as a solid producer independently. Time management is critical to our operation. Compensation based on experience

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
