What we need:

• Foreman, head tech and diagnostician
• Lead overall culture and feel of shop
• Oversee and manage technician employees
• Manage shop processes
• Monitor Quality Control
• Identify shop wins and challenges
• Ensure employee engagement
• Provide feedback to management and employees
• Partner with owner
• Excellent customer service
• A Tech who has desire to be in leadership position
• Mentor apprentice techs
• Monitor quality control
• 70% domestic, 25% Asian no Euro

Candidate Requirements

• A or Master Level Technician
• 3 years in an automotive leadership role
• Must be ASE certified
• Feel comfortable speaking with clients and building ongoing relationships
