Counter Sales Associate

A local company in Greenville, SC is looking for a Sales Associate to work at a hardware company's counter. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in showrooms, construction, hardware, and/or cabinetry. 

Hours:
First Shift - Monday through Friday
8am-5pm

Pay: Starting at $19/hr.

Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers and provide them with product information and recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting cabinetry products that meet their needs and budget.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on new products, trends, and industry developments.

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the hardware or cabinetry industry.
• Knowledge of cabinetry products, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to complete a background check as part of the onboarding process
