Set-Up Assembly Duties

• Operates the hi-lo to move equipment and materials in the process of setting up workstations.
• Set up and/or changes over workstations, per assembly department procedures.
• Responsible for the clean up and review of all equipment when jobs are pulled of all the assembly machines per schedule.
• Maintains good housekeeping in work area.
• Completes all necessary paperwork efficiently, neatly and completely.
• Checks all Q.C. sensors on assembly machines.
• Determines the necessary components needed and delivers to appropriate areas.
• Performs other tasked assigned by designated supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 2nd shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-starter with ability to work without detailed direction.
• Have good analytical ability.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to work well within a team environment.
