Your Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with past, current, and future clients.
  • Cultivate connections with vendors.
  • Meet with potential to understand their real estate goals.
  • Negotiate offers and repairs on your clients' behalf.
  • Communicate thoroughly with all parties throughout the transaction to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Be a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.


Requirements for this role:


  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Embrace a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills.
  • A valid Real Estate License or in the process of getting licensed.
