What matters most as the medical biller:
- Pay starting at $25 / hour, negotiable depending on experience
- Direct hire opportunity with access to benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, a pension plan, life insurance, employee wellness program, and more
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm in-office schedule
Your new role as the medical biller:
- Submission of medical claims to insurance companies and payers including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and commercial insurances
- Review claims and billing documentation for accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Monitor the financial cycle of all healthcare providers
Your experience to be the medical biller:
- High school diploma
- A one year certificate in medical billing or equivalent experience
- Medical office experience
- Ability to type 45 wpm minimum
