Description

The Process Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of business processes within an SAP S/4HANA project. They are responsible for documenting workflows, enhancing productivity, and driving OCM/training across the organization. The Process Lead collaborates with teams in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Operations and Maintenance, Capital Projects, Finance and Organization Change Management to evaluate and document robust processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to enhance productivity and efficiency and drive the documentation of them.
• Assist with existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend changes to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with Workstream Teams (including Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Operations and Maintenance, Capital Projects, Finance and Organization Change Management).
• Work closely with the Cutover Lead to ensure a smooth cutover.
• Develop a work plan roadmaps to effectively to align with project priorities and provide status updates.
• Design solutions collaboratively across stakeholder groups.
• Provide general nxtgenERP project support across workstreams throughout testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare

Qualifications:

• Education: A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, Science, Chemical Engineering, Technical, Education, Manufacturing, Management, English, or Communication Skills.
• Certifications: Consider certifications like ITIL, PMP, EIT, CISA, CSM, ATF, V2, CMMI, or CAPM.
• Desired Skills: Expertise in technical writing, ability to quickly learn essential aspects of novel practices, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Office, Familiarity with safety principles for industrial work environments.

Experience:

• Ability to think innovatively, communicate effectively, and manage change.
• Demonstrated knowledge of North Slope operations.
