You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing essential support and ensuring a seamless experience for residents and guests. Your role involves managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the park office.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Service:
Interact with customers and guests in a positive, pleasant, helpful, and professional manner.
Emphasize outstanding customer service as a primary focus, creating a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere at the front desk.

2. Reservation Management:
Make reservations for customers efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
Collect rent, enforce late fees, and manage the rent roll, maintaining up-to-date and organized records.

3. Office Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the park office daily.
Update office inventory, including merchandise and office supplies, and communicate needs to the Manager.

4. Communication and Reporting:
Assist with mail delivery and contribute to the park's social media presence as needed.

5. Collaboration with Park Manager:
Attend regular staff meetings and huddles to stay informed about park standards, priorities, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with the Park Manager and other departments to align front desk operations with overall park goals.
6. Other tasks as assigned.

Benefits: $12.50/ hour, $60 credit per month on electricity (not cumulative), Site rental is taken out each pay check, a 10% employee discount to store items, Free Ice, and $10 per week for laundry.
