Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is done to the highest standards of quality and according to project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and complete their tasks on time.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies on site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and building codes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety guidelines and promoting a culture of safety on site.
• Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all construction activities, including daily reports, material usage, and labor hours

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction foreman or superintendent (+3 years), preferably in the pool installation industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
