Acro Blue is seeking ASSEMBLY/PRODUCTION TECHNICIANS to join the team a premier HVAC manufacturer, in Panama City, FL.

Production Technicians are required to safely perform and follow highly repetitive work to strict operation and quality standards. They will support product development, sustaining current products and customer special orders with written and oral directions, frequent guidance, and supervision. The position offers a competitive pay rate, benefits

1st shift is 7am-330pm paid at $17.00 hour.

2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am paid at $18.00 hour (includes shift premium)

After completing 90 days of work, (with good attendance & work performance) you are eligible for direct hire and will receive a pay increase and full benefits.

As a member of the Team, Production Technicians are required to safely perform and follow highly repetitive work to strict operation and quality standards. They will support product development, sustaining current products and customer special orders with written and oral directions, frequent guidance, and supervision. The incumbent must support and advocate all Trane and Trane Technologies values and principles. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining a neat and organized work area as well as follow all safety guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Advocate the core principles of AcroBlue and Trane Technologies, focusing primarily on: Respect Integrity Teamwork Innovation Courage Solve practical problems and drive continuous improvements throughout the facility.
  • Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all safety operating procedures.
  • Ability to read, acknowledge and follow all quality standards.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to ‘and-on’ protocol for assigned workstation.
  • Ability to read, understand ENGLISH and follow current standard work instructions, method sheets assembly diagrams and follow written and oral directions
  • Stand continuously for up to three hours at a time. Exhibit an exemplary attendance record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to speak and listen effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization.
