Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our quality control department. Alongside calibrating the coordinate measuring machine, you will utilize accurate measurement instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify that our products adhere to our manufacturing criteria. Candidates should be able to read blueprints and interpret GD&T symbols, making technical training or relevant professional background advantageous.
Minimum requirements include:
- 2 years experience operating and programming a coordinate measuring machine in a steel manufacturing/production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T drawings
- Ability to read CAD models
- Experience utilizing calipers and micrometers.
- Experience with QA/QC workflows to check the dimensions of manufactured components, preventing or resolving quality issues.
- HS diploma
