Medical Practice that specializes in integrative/holistic medicine is looking for an individual who is a great multi-tasker and has experience working in a medical office. This is a full time position and responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, checking in/checking out patients, collecting co-pays and balances, as well as verifying insurance benefits. All areas of the front office including EHR workflows and practice efficiency are required in this position. Candidate should also have experience working in a medical software program. *MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MEDICAL PRACTICE. IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED IN A MEDICAL FACILITY PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
