Reporting to the Director of Quality and Infection, the Hospital Quality Manager will oversee accreditation plan implementation, district and federal regulation compliance, quality performance improvement initiatives, and ensure proactive facility monitoring and auditing is in place. The Hospital Quality Manager will play a crucial role in the action planning and execution of continuous survey readiness and standardized compliance, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 

The Hospital Quality Manager will be a healthcare professional with acute care hospital Quality experience or Quality Leadership experience. Academic teaching hospital accreditation requirement experience is preferred for this role. The Hospital Quality Manager will demonstrate problem solving and action planning experience to achieve quality objectives.
