TNA is currently looking for Tire Building (ATOM) Technicians to operate production equipment in our fast-paced, automated plant environment. This role is responsible for assembling a "green tire" through proprietary equipment in accordance with technical specs to achieve total customer saitsfaction in quality and on-time delivery. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Load components or component material from a rolling 
• Check machine and building materials for approved tolerance.
• Monitor control panel and interpret results for problem solving by troubleshooting and determining impact on each downstream process. 
• Change and clean extruder dyes.
• Maintain tire building goal for each production schedule.
• Follow safety instructions and SOP guidelines.
• Report immediately all equipment malfunctions, unsafe equipment, improper functions, and material/product deviations to the Supervisor.
• Report quality assurance abnormalities to the Supervisor.
• Keep a clean and safe work area throughout your shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constant standing and walking up to 12 hours per day.
• This position may require lifting bulky objects up to 120 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling wheeled racks.
• Occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting required with full range of motion.
