WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Working directly as a Personal Support Assistant/Caregiver, you will live in a home with and provide assistance to one or more individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be providing personal and companion care to help enhance the quality of life for these individuals, both in home and out in the community. 

As a Personal Support Assistance/Caregiver, you have the opportunity to become an integral part of a household where you are designing/coordinating/developing daily schedules/routines/activities that work best for the house hold.
