SEO SPECIALIST for Growing Home Services Company

This is hybrid role with a remote and in-office presence at our Bradenton office 2-3 days per week.

Compensation: $65,000.00 annually plus bonus

General Accountabilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve the online visibility and presence of our site
• Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure SEO strategies remain effective
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for locations and trades
• Analyze competitor keywords and industry trends to inform our content and optimization strategies
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and content, to improve search engine rankings
• Implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building and local SEO, to enhance our online authority
• Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in specific geographic locations
• Optimize business profiles in local directories for each business location
• Monitor and analyze site performance
• Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, trends, and performance against goals
• Collaborate with marketing team and agencies to ensure SEO best practices
• Communicate SEO strategies and recommendations to stakeholders across different locations

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in a multi-location environment
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms and tools
• Familiarity with local SEO strategies and optimization techniques
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
