Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.
ProCare Therapy is working with an excellent school district in a search for qualified candidate for there PT position.
Job Details:
- Onsite Near Carver, Oregon
- Start ASAP
- # of students / ages of students TBD
- 1 or more school sites (can reimburse for mileage in-between school sites)
Requirements:
- Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy Oregonlicenseand previous experience working with children.
- Specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment that is individualized to the students' needs
- Maintaining organized documentation of student progress, response to treatment, and general data - organization and timeliness are integral
- Testing & screenings
- Contribution to IEPs and 504 plans
- Adjust treatment as needed to achieve maximum results.
