Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and availability.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipment and delivery of orders.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues, striving for a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, internet browsing).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
