The Weekend Baylor Program allows Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPNs) t o WORK 24 HOURS AND GET PAID FOR 32 HOURS, while receiving full time benefits. The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is a short-term rehab and long-term care 109 bed facility sitting on a waterfront campus. Our facility is listed as a Top Nursing Home by US News & World Report and word of mouth recommendations from past patients and families have been our best form of advertising.
