Job Description & Requirements

Pelvic floor experience
Outpatient, but rounding on the patients on the floor (usually around 2-4 patients)
? Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy (or equivalent). Salary
? Must have a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice (Colorado).
? BLS Certificate
#Tier1 Travel Compliance
Need 1.5 weeks/10 calendar days + (Quick Starts okay) at minimum lead time from Booking to Start to account for Credentialing/Compliance.
