Customer Service Representative

Tek Systems is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturing organization in Seattle, Washington!

Job Description

• Answer inbound calls regarding order and shipping status
• Make outbound calls to schedule equipment pick up/drop off
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
• Process customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computer
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED
• 1+ year of Customer Service / Customer Resolution Experience
• Multi line / multi system or software experience
• Comfortable on the phones

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical background including Respiratory Therapy and Nursing experience is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability and pricing
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs (oxygen tanks)
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position

Work Environment

• Small office onsite at the store in Seattle (not at the front but may back up the receptionists on occasion)
• SHIFT / HOURS: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

Start Date: April 8th

Location: ONSITE - Seattle, WA 98103

Hours of Operation: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm
