Fulltime CNA: $3,000
Part-time CNA: $1,500
Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.
Responsibilities:
- Care for Residents in a skilled care setting under direction of nursing and medical staff.
- Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine Residents' needs.
- Bathes, dresses, and grooms Residents, as part of their Activities of Daily Living. Toilets Residents according to schedule and as needed.
- Will document care on computer system.
- Creates a positive, encouraging and educational environment for Team Members.
- Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures.
- Serves as a mentor/preceptor to new Nursing Assistants during orientation and as needed.
