Accentuate Staffing is actively seeking a Front Desk Administrator for a CPA firm in Fuquay Varina, NC. This individual will provide administrative support during tax season- answering phones, greeting customers, scanning documents and handling tax information. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information about the firm’s services. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning. Prepare and organize client files and documents. Answer and direct phone calls Entering quotes into the system, converting quotes to orders and placing purchase orders Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years’ experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and personable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with office equipment such as printers and copiers. Ability to work with limited supervision.
