Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Radiology Manager in Victorville, CA. The Radiology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radiology department, managing and coordinating staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining quality control measures. The Radiology Manager will also collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Strong background in Radiologic Technology and Radiology
Knowledge of Medicine and Nuclear Medicine
Experience managing staff and department operations
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality control measures
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Additional certifications and qualifications in relevant areas are a plus
