Soliant is working with a great educational munity in Van Buren, AR to place a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year.
Details of the assignment as follows:
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Covering 8 preschools
- Both SLP-CCC and Clinical fellows wele
Day-to-day duties include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language development; diagnosing students with speech/language impediments
- Developing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in consultation with district SLPs
- Providing speech-language therapy, documenting student progress, and pleting paperwork pertinent to the provision of services, or to Medicaid billing
- Participating in IEP meetings, and municating speech and language goals to student care-givers
Requirements: Applicants must hold a valid Arkansas license in Speech-Language Pathology in order to begin the assignment.
Mileage reimbursement is available, in addition to benefits for full-time contractors.
