Registered Nurse - Part time to full time, highly flexible -Cass Lake

Work Location & Hours:

• We can offer flexible schedules and will work with you to create one that meets your needs
• In office and in client homes
• No on-call responsibilities
• No nights, holidays or weekends required
• Work alongside experienced RNs

A strong candidate will possess strong assessment skills, time management skills, and communication skills. Knowledge of home care is a plus, but not required. New grads are welcome!

Job duties include:

• Develop care plan with client based off of PCA assessment
• Train professional caregivers (Personal Care Assistants) on the care plan
• Oversee the quality of care by professional caregivers
• Communicate regularly with case managers, supervisors, and the care team
• Maintain current, accurate and organized files and charts
• Provide care in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures
• Advocate for clients

Requirements and experience:

• Degree from an accredited school or professional nursing program
• Currently registered with the MN Board of Nursing
• Able to work independently with the partnership of an offsite Lead Nurse
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural competency
• Willingness to travel to client homes (with gas reimbursement)

Salary: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
