Responsibilities

As a Licensed Sales Professional at The Torrence Agency, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with customers to understand their unique insurance needs and providing tailored advice
  • Handling incoming calls and addressing questions or concerns
  • Designing and suggesting insurance plans that align with each client's specific requirements
  • Cross-selling additional coverage options to enhance our clients' insurance portfolios

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Hold an active insurance license in Mississippi
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations
  • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration
  • Be a team player who can collaborate efficiently with colleagues to foster positive relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is advantageous
