Responsibilities
As a Licensed Sales Professional at The Torrence Agency, your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with customers to understand their unique insurance needs and providing tailored advice
- Handling incoming calls and addressing questions or concerns
- Designing and suggesting insurance plans that align with each client's specific requirements
- Cross-selling additional coverage options to enhance our clients' insurance portfolios
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hold an active insurance license in Mississippi
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- A customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations
- The ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration
- Be a team player who can collaborate efficiently with colleagues to foster positive relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools is advantageous
