Job Description
As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk you will be at the center of the operation, passing direction from the office to the warehouse floor. You will work closely with drivers, customer service, and forklift operators to ensure efficient and timely work flow through the Distribution Center. Driver check in/out. Keep records of driver interactions on the daily dock schedule. Respond to emails in a timely manner. Handle driver questions/inquiries. Answer incoming phone calls. Process transactions and workflow through WMS system. Process and organize daily paperwork timely. Communicate clearly and appropriately with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers.
