Prepare drafts

Order O&E Reports

Filing / e-filing

Defaulting appropriately

Schedule Mediations/ Hearings

Scanning

Data Entry

Following up with Clients/ Opposing Council

1 yr minimum Real Estate Legal Experience preferred

Probate / Estate Planning Experience preferred

well-organized and able to multitask

Scheduling appointments / managing calendar

Assist with marketing events

Sending mass marketing emails

importing lists into Lawmatics (CRM)

knowledge of Canva & PowerPoint a plus

Attend zoom meetings with/for owner / lead attorney
