Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager for Environmental Graphics and Signage, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. This position requires a strong blend of project management skills, communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality environmental graphic solutions.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate resources, including designers, production teams, and installation crews, to meet project milestones.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Actively engage with clients to understand their vision, goals, and expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the final deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during the production and installation phases.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial parameters.
Identify and communicate potential budget risks or overruns, proposing solutions to mitigate financial impacts.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Mitigate project risks through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the environmental graphics or signage industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in the graphic and signage industry.
