Description

Sell change, buy coin from guests, operate currency counting machines, and coin handling.

Maintain the sports book window, audits on every shift and cashes William Hill Sports tickets.

Control window with an impressment bankroll.

Responsible for the accurate completion of all window transactions.

Verify by count the redemption of monies by the guests in full view of the guests.

Complete buy/transfer forms to replenish the cash/coin supply in accordance with company procedures and state regulations.

Disburse jackpots/fills when relevant procedures have been completed.

Verify funds received from soft count; verify and provide funds to soft as needed

Maintain a friendly, helpful and polite attitude towards the guests.

Promote outstanding guest relations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred

At least one year experience; with two (2) years money handling experience.

At least 21 years of age

Ability to work well with large cash amounts.

Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations.

Outgoing personality who enjoys dealing with people.

Ability to stand long periods

Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to multi task

Ability to be flexible with hours

Excellent communication skills

Basic computer skill
