Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Airport in Richmond, Virginia. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

Responsibilities 

• Assist managers with team member training and development plans
• Assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
• Research and develop new menus and control policies that elevate service standards for guests
• Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals

Qualifications 

• No college degree required

• One year of related experience required

• Basic math skills for cash and inventory duties

• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
