Manufacturing Company needs a Divisional CFO!

This position is a developmental position for future Division Controllers. This individual must be pursuing a career path toward finance leadership and be willing to relocate for future advancement positions
3 years leadership experience
Preferences:
Four-year Accounting degree or equivalent
CPA and/or MBA

- Guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the plant according to the Group, Business Group and Division policies, including compliance with relevant accounting and tax rules
- Maintain the integrity of the internal controls in adherence with all relevant company policies.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of standard costing system.
- Responsible for month end close including:
- Month end accruals
- Sales and cost adjustments and maintaining of supporting schedules accordingly
- Validate that all balance sheet adjustments are accurate and posted timely.
- Determine and ensure the follow-up on raw materials and monitor actual margin on goods sold.
- Identify and analyze the variances between the budget/forecast and actual results.
- Using daily dashboard -project throughout the month statistics on performance to forecast.
- Monitor working capital cash flow throughout the month to assure delivery of forecast
- Ensure the budgetary control
- Develop plant budgets and associated forecasts, as well as plant reporting in accordance with company procedures and deadlines
- Develop and maintain budget data
- Propose and support suggestions when decisions committing the plant are made
- Participate in the development of action plans and ensure proper financial evaluation and follow-up
- Ensure the management of plant cost accountant
- Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
- Administer company protocols and processes according to the principles set out in Faurecias Code of Management and Code of Ethics
