Room Attendant - Housekeeper

Do you love transforming spaces into spotlessly clean sanctuaries? Were hiring a professional housekeeper to help us ensure our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us. Youll perform basic cleaning duties like making beds, mopping, dusting, restocking supplies and other general cleaning duties as assigned. Job seekers should be personable, organized, and enjoy working in a team.

Responsibilities:

Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed

Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed

Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms

Answer general questions from guests

Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotels standard before guests arrive

Make beds, strip sheets, clean guest rooms and bathrooms, stock room with proper amenities, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed

Assist in the maintenance of cleanliness of back-of-house areas

Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards before guests arrive

Respond to general inquiries from guests

Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any room damage or repairs needed

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products

Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Ability to work unsupervised
