Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages, addressing acute and chronic health conditions, prescribe medications, therapies, and provide patient education as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to state and federal regulations and the policies of PedIM Healthcare.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (FNP).
  • Current, unrestricted state FNP license.
  • National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • CPR and BLS certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals.
  • Continuing education to stay current with medical advances and best practices.

Working conditions:

  • Schedule M-F 8:30AM-5PM
  • Rotating on-call schedule
