Pleater Operator

Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling career as a Pleater Operator? Staffmark is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at our Stilwell location. No prior experience is necessary - we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success!

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Training for this position will undergo training on day shifts until fully prepared.)

As a Pleater Operator, your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting job instructions and Build of Materials, as well as accurately interpreting drawings. You will be tasked with locating and loading materials as needed, setting up machines - both digital and manual - and monitoring media production processes. Additionally, you'll perform material cutting and oven end procedures, count and measure materials using tape measures and calipers, and stage finished media for further processing. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs, and effectively utilize hoists and pallet jacks. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for completing necessary paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
