As a Cardinals Club Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing exemplary guest experience for our historic Cardinals Club - the famous green seats behind home plate. Responsibilities 

• Assist Club Manager by overseeing all food and beverage team members working in the club: hosts/hostesses, bussers, servers, bartenders, and barbacks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assists with training new team members.
• Oversee and assist with service in the dining room.
• Assist with in-seat service during the game.
• Check in with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with daily inventory tasks.
• Maintains a safe & healthy work environment
• Motivates and coaches team members
• Work in unison with other supervisors and team members

Qualifications 

• 2 years of previous hospitality experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage restaurant style operations.
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements 

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
