- Perform various labor tasks around the milling operations
- Follow Mill Operators instructions as directed
- Assist with routine equipment maintenance such as: greasing, checking fluid levels, washing equipment
- Guide trucks during loading
- Be able to shovel material as needed
- Identify and communicate potential hazards with Mill Operator
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ability to learn the general standards of rotomilling operations and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and ability to push, pull, and/or pry
- Ability to sit, stand or walk for an extended period of time and work in an environment with noise and temperature variations
- Work outside for an extended period of time and ability to work at elevated heights
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle
