Your Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert with digital signage software utilized by OUTFRONT.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on various digital signage software when new versions are released to ensure performance of both existing and new product functionality as well as any audit requirements.
• Utilize your expertise with various software products to design, develop, and implement efficient processes for new business requirements.
  • Work with hardware and software stakeholders of new and existing business requirements to ensure all needs are met.
  • Work with in-house developers and outside software vendors to implement new designs and features to streamline existing processes or resolve gaps in business requirements.
• Provide software support and troubleshooting for scheduling issues as well as during hardware installation (new and replacement units).
• Provide support for advanced content (Real-time-data, dynamic campaigns, HTML packages) creation and scheduling.
• Create Player registrations in Broadsign for new unit shipments.
• Assess new content management/playback systems at the request of management. Provide detailed analysis of functionality/limitations as pertains to prescribed business model.
• Research industry advancements (signage software, hardware, mobile functionality) and assess for feasibility.
