Account Executive, Public Service Recruitment

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking a motivated and out of the box content strategist who keeps up with the latest marketing trends and uses their creative way with words to write social media posts that are educational, inspirational, and appeal to Gen Z. This individual has worked in the marketing space (government is a plus) for 3-5 years and is ready to take ownership of a social audience of 2.5 MILLION. This job is best suited for an individual who is a quick thinker, has an innovative mindset, and knows when to blend their gut instinct with cold-hard facts.

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic communication and campaign plans.
• Provide digital marketing support (e.g., developing content calendars, writing social media posts, and drafting analytics reports).
• Provide partnership engagement support (e.g., researching potential influencers, providing logistics support for partner activities, developing toolkits).
• Support the coordination and tracking of project timelines and deliverables.
• Provide project management support, such as note-taking, schedule coordination, and monthly status reports.
• Support the preparation of client-facing materials and documentation including plans, presentations, memos, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy/strategic planning.
• Experience supporting various facets of communications and marketing plans including strategy development, media relations, social media marketing, and project management.
• Excellent organization, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to our federal contract requirements.
• Knowledge of public service recruitment a plus.
• Personal relationship or knowledge of military is a plus.
• Experience in proposal writing is a plus.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
