This role is in the CPSG Operations function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Support the strategy for the RFID product offering; support sales and branch teams to increase the overall organizational knowledge through educational sessions and joint business meetings; assist with growing and scaling of the business and product category; work cross functionally to ensure achievement of product line objectives, and (ii) Seek RFID opportunities within new and existing customer segments. Requires 5+ years experience managing a Product category, Sales Territory and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Analyst I, RFID Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Support the strategy for the RFID product offering; support sales and branch teams to increase the overall organizational knowledge through educational sessions and joint business meetings; assist with growing and scaling of the business and product category; work cross functionally to ensure achievement of product line objectives
  • Seek RFID opportunities within new and existing customer segments
  • Assist in defining and communicating the product category/portfolio vision in support of the business unit strategy
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, both external and internal, including Sales and Branch teams
  • Sell all CPSG products to installing dealers and distributors at a national level by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Support execution of sales plans that will increase or maintain current sales volumes and profit margins for all designated RFID existing key accounts within company plans and guidelines
  • Work directly with the Business Manager to support the sales activity for all account classifications
  • Deliver product training at tradeshows, seminars and other events
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify customer training and sales opportunities
  • Conduct technical training webinars and onsite/remote dealer training for the RFID product offerings
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
  • Protect CPSG's reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Analyst I, RFID Sales Representative Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years experience managing a Product category, Sales Territory In-depth Access Control knowledge Ability to travel up to 35% domestically; valid driver's license
