Qualifications
- 3 years of related building maintenance experience
The main role of this Facilities Maintenace Technician is to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on the following:
- HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, & AHUs, water purification systems, pumps, motors, compressors, and processing equipment.
- Read and understand drawings and schematics.
- Use a variety of tools.
- Operate a variety of meters for diagnostics.
